This bright room opens completely to the pool terrace in front and the reflecting pool behind to create a breezy indoor-outdoor connection, or it can be closed and cooled with air conditioning. The living area connects to the dining room and modern guest kitchen where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on three sides add a tropical sun-kissed glow to the stylish space. Dine with easy elegance at the long wooden dining table for 12, an inviting place to gather for meals with sea and pool views. The TV room has a large flat-screen TV and is adjacent to the living area that has the pool table. This can be sealed off by sliding wooden doors for added privacy.

On Villa Aqua’s first floor the living and dining areas open completely to the generous pool deck to create an expansive entertainment space cooled by the ocean breezes. For entertaining in cooler comfort, simply slide the doors shut and switch on the air-con.
The ground floor offers multiple options for relaxation and play, with a large games room styled with big vivid paintings and packed with entertainment choices including a big TV and Teatro sound system, table tennis, beanbags, Thai floor cushions and a wine fridge.
