Adjacent to the living room, the TV room provides a cosy retreat, perfect for movie nights or quiet moments of reflection.

The villa's expansive outdoor space offers ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Guests can lounge on the sun-drenched furnished decks, engage in a friendly volleyball and football match on the beachfront lawn, or enjoy the outdoor dining and barbecue area. With sprawling grounds and a photogenic beachfront gazebo, Villa Essenza is also an idyllic setting for intimate weddings or milestone birthdays.

Designed to be shared, the stunning villa is perfect for large groups and multigenerational travellers alike. It features two luxurious master suites and four guest bedrooms, each adorned with top-of-the-line furnishings; the villa also has additional amenities such as sunken terrazzo soaker tubs in select bedrooms.

The entire villa can accommodate 13 adults.

The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

Measuring 25m x 6m x 1.3m Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are six lounge chairs and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, gardener, pool maintenance, and estate security).

Rates

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

• Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

• Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

• Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

• After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

The chefs specialise in Thai cuisine. Suggested menus are available covering Thai, Western, fusion and vegetarian menus. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets) at additional cost (USD $60++).

In-villa Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at 20% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
