Outside, a sprawling 25-metre infinity pool awaits, surrounded by a poolside bar and barbecue area—the ideal place to savour the al fresco lifestyle. Villa Tievoli’s beachfront lawn also features a charming sala, offering panoramic ocean views at every turn. Guests have direct access to the beach where they can enjoy water sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding or simply swim in the calm waters of the Andaman Sea.

Designed especially for families, the villa boasts a master bedroom with ocean and pool views from its elevated position on the first floor, an expansive master suite on the ground level, four spacious guest bedrooms across various levels, and a lovely children's bedroom equipped with all the essentials.

The in house spa features a large terrazzo soak tub, a sauna, a steam room, and a beauty salon for hair and nail treatments. Villa Tievoli has everything you need for a luxurious group getaway. Like every villa in the estate, it has a team of attentive staff including a dedicated villa manager, housekeeping, and a private chef at your disposal.

The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Rates

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

• Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

• Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

• Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

• After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

The chefs specialise in Thai cuisine. Suggested menus are available covering Thai, Western, fusion and vegetarian menus. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets) at additional cost (USD $60++).

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
