Events at Sava Beach Villas
Guest Capacity
Maximum capacity of 120 guests seated or standing.
Minimum Nights
Minimum 3 nights stay is required
Minimum 5 nights stay is required during Holidays such as Easter, Chinese New Year and summer.
Minimum 10 nights stay is required during peak season (Christmas and New Year)
Villa Rental Conditions
A minimum of 2 villas must be booked in Sava Estate for an event of maximum 60 guests,
including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.
A minimum of 3 villas must be booked in Sava Estate for events of 60 guests or more, including
the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.
Event Fees
To host ceremony and reception
- Free for up to 20 guests
- USD $2,000 + VAT per day for 21 to 60 guests
- USD $3,000 + VAT per day for 61 to 120 guests
To host a ceremony for 2 hours
- Free for up to 20 guests
- USD $800 + VAT per day for 21 to 60 guests
- USD $1,200 + VAT per day for 61 to 120 guests
To host a reception
- Free for up to 20 guests
- USD $1,500 + VAT per day for 21 to 60 guests
- USD $2,200 + VAT per day for 61 to 120 guests
