The following event fees will be applicable:

  • USD 1,600++ up to 60 guests.

  • USD 2,200++ up to 61 to 120 guests.

    (subject to 17.7% taxes and service charge)

    • USD $2,200++ for 61 to 120 guests

    • USD $800++ for up to 60 guests

    • USD $1,200++ for 61 to 120 guests

    • USD $1,400++ for up to 60 guests

Wedding Fine Print

Events Requirement

Weddings and events are permitted only at Villa Tievoli, Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Essenza, and Villa Malee Sai within the Sava Beach Villas estate.

Music and Event Curfew

Until 12 midnight only.

Small Events Policy

Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event, a second event fee will apply.

Security Deposit

Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.

Sky Lanterns, Fireworks, and Fire shows are prohibited by the local government in Phang-Nga Province.

We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).

Estate Buyout vs. Partial Villa Booking

While an estate buyout remains preferred, we now allow non-buyout weddings and events, subject to approval. The following conditions apply:

  • A minimum of 3 villas must be booked, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.

  • Partial villa bookings are still subject to owner approval, based on the event size and occupancy levels during the requested period at the time of booking.

Examples:

  • Event at Villa Tievoli → must also book Villa Amarelo and Villa Roxo or Aqua

  • Event at Villa Essenza → must also book Villa Cielo and Villa Malee Sai
